Right now on Customer Account Settings> Shipping there is a setting called
Order Must have a rework item against it before it can be despatched
This looks as though it could be manually controlled on a per client basis, but that is not the case at the moment as the ALL CLIENT setting overwrites any ones put on a specific client.
As we do bulk despatched for some clients and individually manage the specific packaging on others with this rework item setting. this is causing us some problems.
