Current Problem
This cover the whole of the system. Today we had an issue where the numbers of labels / parcels was wrong due to the upgrade to v5.3.20 so I (like many of you) had to spend time raising a ticket which support then have to reply to. If there is a system wide issue, allow us to subscribe to a mailing list where we know sooner, we can update our teams and support are not replying to multiple tickets on the same issue. Proactive rather than reactive wins the day! |

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. This isn't something that we are considering, we have an announcement banner that we use when there are widespread known issues in the system.

this would help across the board, we have also had issues where we have been the only user to report an issue and this made the "fix" a low priority.
