GSiT Courier Connection using API for label creation

We are integrating with BJS Home Delivery who use the GSiT Courier Connector. When an order is despatched a label is automatically printed out, however, this unfortunately is not fit for purpose. It doesn't have the required info on it and it prints out a 2nd blank label. According to BJS, when this Integration was setup (Before my time, no details) Mintsoft was under the impression that the API response didn't contain a link to labels, but it did, so Mintsoft created created their label which actually is of no use. We require an automatically created label that uses the API link info from BJS.
