Current Problem
Using the DPD courier integration, any kind of shipment date we specify on Mintsoft is currently ignored by the DPD system. We send thousands of subscription boxes every month and these need to be labelled over several days prior to shipment, because there are too many to do in a single day. However, as soon as we create the labels, customers get an email from DPD saying "Your parcel is being sent today". This can be misleading. Our only option at the moment is to ask that DPD disable these notifications completely, which degrades customer experience. |

Idea to resolve Problem | We simply want to be able to specify a "Shipment Date" that can be transferred over to DPD via the API request, to prevent customers being misled about expected delivery dates. |
Would love to see this. It seems to be a feature on other similar software such as shipstation, so no idea why it's not possible in mintsoft
