Change Data engine from American Dates to English Dates, and removed the AM and PM to a 24 hour clock

With the dates coming in with AM and PM this means the dates are changed to Text in Excel, the only fix is to remove the times.

With it also being American causes issues for Excel when dates see American 10/09/2024 which is October 9th but Excel being English for us it sees this as the 10th of September, others which are 10/27/2024 just ends as a text as it confuses Excel, the best fix for this is to text to columns then recombine in the right order.

This issue is causing a huge manual task of amendment, which is a waste of time. This also means we will never be able to create automated reports using the data engine because the format requires a huge amount of manual amendments to fix.
